Abstract:
اهداف: امروزه شیوع مصرف سیگار در بین دانشجویان رو به افزایش است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین عوامل مرتبط با مصرف سیگار در بین دانشجویان با استفاده از تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده توسعه‌یافته بود.
ابزار و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی در سال 1396 در بین 360 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های شهرستان ملایر که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه‌ای مشتمل بر متغیرهای دموگرافیک و سازه‌های نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده بود که به روش خود-ایفا تکمیل شد. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS 19 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون خطی و تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: سازه‌های کنترل رفتار درک‌شده (0.402-=β)، نگرش مثبت به مصرف سیگار (0.164=β) و سبک تربیتی والدین (0.143-=β) به ترتیب پیشگویی‌کننده قصد مصرف سیگار بوده و مجموعاً 32% واریانس تغییرات قصد رفتاری مصرف سیگار را تبیین نمودند (p
نتیجه‌گیری: نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده توسعه‌یافته برای شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر مصرف سیگار مناسب و مفید است. سازه‌های کنترل رفتاری درک‌شده، نگرش مثبت به مصرف سیگار و سبک تربیتی والدین به ترتیب پیشگویی‌کننده قصد مصرف سیگار، و سازه‌های قصد رفتاری و کنترل رفتاری درک‌شده پیشگویی‌کننده مصرف سیگار در بین دانشجویان هستند.
Aims: Today, the prevalence of tobacco smoking among students is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine the factors related with tobacco smoking among students using extended theory of planned behavior.
Instrument & Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 360 students of Universities of Malayer city who were selected by stratified random sampling method in 2017. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire including demographic variables and constructs of extended theory of planned behavior. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19 software using Pearson correlation, linear regression and logistic regression tests.
Findings: Perceived behavioral control (β=-0.402), positive attitude toward smoking (β=0.164), and parenting styles (β=-0.143) predicted behavioral intention, respectively and totally explained 32% of variance of behavioral intention of tobacco smoking (p
Conclusion: The extended theory of planned behavior is appropriate and useful for identifying the factors affecting tobacco smoking. Perceived behavioral control, positive attitude toward smoking, and parenting styles are predictors of behavioral intention, respectively and behavioral intention and perceived behavioral control are predictors of tobacco smoking among students.
