Abstract:
اهداف: قلیان امروزه در بین جوانان محبوبیت زیادی پیدا کرده است. با توجه به افزایش شیوع مصرف قلیان در بین دانشجویان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر قصد ترک مصرف قلیان در بین دانشجویان پسر با بهره‌گیری از نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و رویکرد فرآیند رفتار بهداشتی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی روی 150 دانشجوی پسر مصرف‌کننده قلیان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سبزوار در سال 1396 انجام شد که به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل (هر گروه 75 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر سازه‌های فاز انگیزشی رویکرد فرآیند رفتار بهداشتی و نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده بود. مداخله طی 6 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه مداخله برگزار شد. هر دو گروه، پرسش‌نامه‌ها را قبل و یک ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS 23 و توسط آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بین دو گروه، قبل از مداخله از نظر میانگین نمرات درک خطر، انتظارات پیامد، خودکارآمدی عمل، نگرش، هنجارهای انتزاعی، کنترل رفتاری درک‌شده و قصد رفتاری نسبت به ترک مصرف قلیان، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0.05p>)، در حالی که بعد از مداخله به‌جز سازه نگرش، این تفاوت‌ها معنی‌دار بود (0.05p). همچنین پس از مداخله، قصد ترک مصرف قلیان در دانشجویان گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (0.004=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله آموزشی طراحی‌شده براساس نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و مرحله انگیزشی رویکرد فرآیند رفتار بهداشتی در ایجاد قصد ترک مصرف قلیان در میان دانشجویان اثربخش است.
Aims: Water pipe smoking has become very popular among young people. Regarding to the increasing prevalence of water pipe smoking among students, the aim of this study was to determine the effects of an educational intervention based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) on male students’ intention to quit water pipe smoking.
Materials & Methods: This semi-experimental study was conducted on 150 male students of the Islamic Azad University of Sabzevar-Iran, in 2017 who were selected by simple random sampling method and allocated to two control and intervention groups (75 people in each group). Data collection tool included a demographic information questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire based on motivational phase constructs of health action process approach and theory of planned behavior. Intervention group participants received six sessions of education (45 minutes per session). Both groups completed questionnaires in baseline and one month after the intervention. Data were analyzed in SPSS 23 software using statistical tests.
Findings: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the mean scores of the constructs of risk perception, outcome expectancy, action self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention to quit water pipe smoking between the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: The educational intervention based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) is effective in creating the intention to quit water pipe smoking among students.
