Abstract:
در این پژوهش به توسعه مدل تراکم در تحلیل پوششی داده‌های فازی پرداخته می‌شود. برای رسیدن به کران‌های بالا و پایین برای مفاهیم کارایی، ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌ها می‌توان از امتیازات روش -برش که در تحلیل پوششی داده‌های فازی وجود دارد، استفاده نمود. همچنین در این پژوهش به بیان مفهوم جدیدی از تراکم پرداخته می‌شود که این مفهوم نوین، تراکم را در دو حالت خوش‌بینانه و بدبینانه بررسی می‌نماید. در این مفهوم، حالت خوش‌بینانه، تراکم را در شرایطی بررسی می‌کند که واحد تصمیم گیرنده‌ی تحت بررسی با گرفتن کمترین ورودی ، بهترین خروجی را ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین حالت بدبینانه بیانگر شرایطی است که واحد تصمیم گیرنده تحت بررسی، با گرفتن بیش‌ترین ورودی، بدترین خروجی را ارائه می‌نماید. با استفاده از این دو حالت، تراکم در تحلیل پوششی داده‌های فازی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
This paper studies the congestion model development in fuzzy data envelopment analysis. To obtain the lower and upper bounds for concepts of efficiency and inputs and outputs, it is possible to apply the advantages of α-cut which exists in fuzzy data envelopment analysis. Additionally, this paper proposes a new concept of congestion which examines congestion from an optimistic and pessimistic viewpoint. In this concept, the optimistic case examines congestion in a condition that the under-investigation decision making unit provides the optimum output by taking the lowest input. The pessimistic case, also, demonstrates a condition in which the under-investigation decision making unit provides the worst output by taking the optimum input. Using these two cases, the congestion is studied in fuzzy data envelopment analysis.Keywords: Data envelopment analysis, fuzzy data envelopment analysis, optimistic and pessimistic congestion, α-cut.
