Abstract:
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تعیین میزان اثربخشی کیفیت زندگی درمانی در تغییر سطح تاب آوری روانشناختی و خودتعیینی دانش آموزان دختر افسرده شهر خرم آباد بود. این پژوهش به صـورت شـبه تجربـی بـود کـه در آن از طـرح پـیش آزمـون - پـس‌آزمـون بـا گـروه کنتـرل اسـتفاده شـد. نمونـه پـژوهش 40 آزمـودنی بـود کـه از میـان دانـش آمـوزان دختـر دبیرسـتانی دارای افسردگی شـهر خرم آباد انتخـاب و بـه صـورت تصـادفی در گـروه‌هـای آزمـایش (کیفیت زندگی درمانی) و گواه گمارده شـدند. در مرحله مداخله گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه تحت آموزش زندگی درمانی قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه تجدید نظر شده خودتعیینی و پرسشنامه تاب آوری روانشناختی در مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون برای دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه استفاده شد. داده های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (مانکووا) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه نشان داد (01/0p<). یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که کیفیت زندگی درمانی در افزایش خودتعیینی و تاب‌آوری روانشناختی اثربخش است.
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of therapy quality of life to change psychological resilience and Self-determination school students of Khorramabad girl was depressed. This quasi-experimental study in which the pretest - posttest control group was used. The sample consisted of 40 subjects that depression among female high school students of Khorramabad were selected and randomly assigned to experimental groups (health, quality of life and control were handled. Intervention in the experimental group for 8 sessions of 2 hours of quality of life were treatment. The data were collected from questionnaires Self-determination and psychological resilience in the pre-test and post-test for both test and control groups were used. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was performed. Covariance analysis showed significant differences between the two groups. Results showed that quality of life therapy is effective in increasing Self-determination and psychological resiliency of the school.
