Abstract:
ناتوانی‌های جسمانی در دوران کودکی، تاثیرات منفی روانشناختی بسیار زیادی را بر والدین این کودکان بر جای گذارده و فرایند سازگاری آنها را با محدودیت مواجه می‌سازد، از اینرو یکی از روش‌هایی که می‌تواند بر میزان مشکلات روانشناختی چنین والدینی تاثیر داشته باشد، آموزش مادران با استفاده از تکنیک شناختی و روش‌های رفتاری در قالب روش مدیریت تنیدگی می‌باشد. از اینرو مساله پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش روش‌های مدیریت تنیدگی به مادران کودکان با مشکلات جسمی حرکتی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی این مادران، بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود.
از اینرو تعداد 24 نفر از مادرانی که فرزندانشان دارای ناتوانی‌های جسمی بودند به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جای‌گماری شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1980) بود. آموزش مادران در قالب 8 جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. در پایان دوگروه پرسشنامه‌های مذکور را به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر تاثیر کاربندی آزمایشی بر بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی (05/0P) مادران کودکان گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه گواه بود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش روش‌های مدیریت تنیدگی بر بهبود شاخص بهزیستی روانشناختی مادران کودکان با ناتوانی‌های جسمانی تاثیرگذار بوده و از مشکلات روانشناختی آنها می‌کاهد.
Physical disabilities in childhood have a lot of negative psychological effects on the parents and their adaptation process with their disabling children is limited, hence one of the ways that can address the psychological problems of such parents It is important to teach mothers using cognitive techniques and behavioral techniques in the form of stress management. Therefore, 24 mothers whose children were physical disabilities were chosen through at-hand sampling and were matched into experimental and control groups. The research instruments were ryff psychological well-being. Training mothers was accomplished in eight 90-minutes sessions. In the end, the two groups completed the questionnaires as post-test.
