Abstract:
زمینه: تحقیقات متعددی به اثر بخشی آموزش شفقت به خود ذهن آگاه و بررسی لذت جویی، حافظه سرگذشتی و کیفیت خواب افراد افسرده پرداخته اند. اما پیرامون تاثیر آموزش شفقت به خود ذهن آگاه بر لذتجویی، حافظه سرگذشتی و کیفیت خواب دانشجویان افسرده شکاف تحقیقاتی وجود دارد. هدف: بررسی اثربخش آموزش شفقت به خود ذهنآگاه بر لذت جویی، حافظه سرگذشتی و کیفیت خواب دانشجویان افسرده بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویانی که سال 98-1397 در دانشگاه آزاد لاهیجان مشغول به تحصیل بودند بود، تعداد 36 نفر از دانشجویان افسرده به شیوه در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (برای هر گروه 18 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش عبارتند از: پرسشنامه ی لذت جویی (همیلتون، 1995)، حافظه سرگذشتی (ویلیامز و برودبنت، 1986) و کیفیت خواب (بویس و همکاران، 1988). تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. یافته ها: آموزش شفقت به خود ذهن آگاه بر لذت جویی، حافظه سرگذشتی و کیفیت خواب تأثیر معنادار داشت (0/001 >p). نتیجه گیری: برنامۀ آموزش شفقت به خود ذهن آگاه سبب بهبود لذت جویی، حافظه سرگذشتی و کیفیت خواب در دانشجویان دارای نشانههای افسردگی شد.
Background: Numerous studies have examined the effectiveness of compassionate education on the conscious mind and the study of pleasure-seeking, historical memory, and sleep quality in depressed individuals. But there is a research gap about the impact of self-awareness training on self-awareness, pleasure-seeking, recollective memory, and the quality of sleep of depressed students. Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness of self-conscious compassion training on the enjoyment, self-esteem and sleep quality of depressed students. Method: This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students who were studying in Lahijan Azad University during the years 2018-2019. 36 depressed students were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups (18 for each group). Were replaced. Research tools include the Pleasure Questionnaire (Hamilton, 1995), Memory of the Self (Williams & Broadbent, 1986), and Sleep Quality (Boyce et al., 1988). Data were analyzed using covariance analysis.
