Abstract:
زمینه: موضوع اضطراب، یکی از کشاکشهای اصلی مسائل روانشناختی است که از سوی ورزشکاران رقابتی مطرح شده و باعث ضعف در عملکرد میگردد. آموزش توانشهای روانشناختی می تواند یکی از مداخلات مؤثر در زمینه اضطراب باشد. اما مسئله اصلی این است آیا آموزش توانشهای روانشناختی بر اضطراب رقابتی و اعتماد به خود در دانش آموزان ورزشکار تأثیر دارد؟ هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت های روانشناختی بر اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبهخود در دانش آموزان ورزشکار بود. روش: تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. بدین منظور از بین دانش آموزان پسر بسکتبالیست شهرستان بوکان، تعداد 48 دانش آموز با میانگین سنی 14.9 انتخابشده و به شکل تصادفی به چهار گروه 12 نفری آموزش تصویرسازی ذهنی، آموزش خود گفتاری و ترکیبی (خود گفتاری و تصویرسازی ذهنی) و گواه تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش عبارتند از: تمرین توانشهای روانشناختی برتون و ردیک (2010) و سیاهه اضطراب حالتی رقابتی-2 فرناندس و همکاران (2013). برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش توانش های روانشناختی بر اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبهخود دانش آموزان تأثیر داشت، همچنین بین گروه ها از لحاظ تأثیرپذیری تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (0/001P). نتیجه گیری: می توان برای کاهش اضطراب شناختی و جسمانی و افزایش اعتماد به خود در دانشآموزان ورزشکار از آموزش تصویرسازی ذهنی و خود گفتاری بهره برد.
Background: The subject of anxiety is one of the major psychological issues raised by competitive athletes and causes poor performance. Training of psychological abilities can be one of the effective interventions in the field of anxiety. But the key question is whether training in psychological abilities affects competitive anxiety and self-esteem in athletic students? Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological skills training on competitive anxiety and self-confidence in athletic students. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study. For this purpose, 48 students with the mean age of 14.9 were selected and divided into four groups of 12 subjects each consisting of 12-subject mental imagery training, self-talk and blended learning (self-talk and mental imagery) and The evidence was divided. Research tools include: Burton & Redick (2010) Psychological Abilities Practice and Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 Fernandez et al. (2013). Covariance analysis and Bonferroni post hoc test were used for data analysis. Results: The results showed that psychological abilities training had a significant effect on studentschr('39') competitive anxiety and self-esteem. Also, there was a significant difference between the groups in terms of effectiveness (PConclusions: Mental and speech imagery training can be used to reduce cognitive and physical anxiety and increase self-esteem in athletic students.
