Abstract:
زمینه: مطالعات متعددی به اثربخشی قصه درمانی مبتنی بر کنش های اجرایی روزمره و بررسی بهبود نظم جویی شناختی هیجان پرداخته اند. اما پژوهشی که به بررسی اثربخشی قصه درمانی مبتنی بر کنشهای اجرایی روزمره بر بهبود نظمجویی شناختی هیجان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیشفعالی پرداخته باشد مغفول مانده است. هدف: تعیین اثربخشی قصه درمانی مبتنی بر کنشهای اجرایی روزمره بر بهبود نظمجویی شناختی هیجان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیشفعالی بود. روش: پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان 11-9 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیشفعالی تحت حمایت درمانگاه شبانهروزی حضرت علی اصغر (ع) شهر ری در سال 1397 بود، تعداد 30 نفر بهشیوه نمونهگیری دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش عبارتند از: مقیاس مشکلات رفتاری کودکان کانرز - فرم والد (گویت، کانرز و آلریچ، 1973)، مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته (محقق ساخته، 1397)، پرسشنامه نظمجویی شناختی هیجان - فرم کودکان (گارنفسکی و همکاران (2007) و جلسات مداخله قصه درمانی مرادیان و همکاران (1393). دادهها با استفاده از آزمون لوین و تحلیل کواریانس تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: قصه درمانی مبتنی بر کنشهای اجرایی روزمره بر بهبود نظم جویی شناختی هیجان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی تاثیر معنادار داشت (0. 01> p). نتیجهگیری: کودکان بیش فعالی که در جلسات قصه درمانی شرکت کردند راهبردهای ناسازگارانه کمتر و راهبردهای سازگارانه نظمجویی شناختی هیجانی بیشتر کسب کردند.
Background: Numerous studies have examined the effectiveness of storytelling based on daily executive actions and the study of cognitive emotion regulation. However, research that has examined the effectiveness of storytelling based on daily executive actions on improving cognitive emotional regulation in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder has been neglected. Aims: To determine the effectiveness of storytelling therapy based on daily executive actions on improving cognitive emotion regulation in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder. Method: The research was semi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and control group. The statistical population included 11-9 year old children with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder with the support of Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) Day Clinic in Rey in 2018. Were appointed. Research data collection tools include: Conners-Childrenchr('39')s Parental Behavioral Problem Scale (Gwyneth, Connors and Allerich, 1973), Structured Clinical Interview (Researcher Made, 2018), Childrenchr('39')s Cognitive-Form of Cognitive Formulation Questionnaire (Garnefsky et al. (2007) and Interventions of Moradian et al.chr('39')s story therapy intervention (2014). Data were analyzed using Levine test and analysis of covariance. Results: Storytelling based on daily executive actions on improving cognitive emotion regulation in children with attention deficit disorder / Hyperactivity had a significant effect (pConclusions: Children with ADHD who participated in story therapy sessions had fewer maladaptive strategies and more adaptive emotional cognitive regulatory strategies.
