Abstract:
Imaging is one of the most important tools influencing human thoughts. The Holy Quran embodies spiritual and abstract concepts in the form of material constructions and creates dynamic and effective images in the audience's mind. In a sense, it creates a link between spiritual and abstract matters and sensory and material structures and makes the commonality of both prominent and tangible and makes the audience think and contemplate. The artistic description of a phenomenon in the context of the story captivates the audience and is the best way to convey religious teachings. The story of Prophet Moses, as the most extensive story in the Quran, is full of beautiful images that capture the emotions and thoughts of the audience and make them fall in love with it. Based on this, the present research looked at the text of the story of Prophet Moses in the Holy Quran through a descriptive-analytic method from an aesthetic point of view, and has examined the three image-making components of "simile", "metaphor" and "irony" with the aim of presenting an objective image of different angles of the vision and thought of Bani Israel.
