Abstract:
يعنى هذا البحث بتتبع آراء أبي بكر الجصاص يِه المتعلقة بصفات الله - تعالى- وأفعالهء حيث كان المبحث الأول فيه بيان لموقفه كاله من صفة الإرادة والمشيئة والمحبةء وأن الإرادة عنده مستلزمة لصفة المحبةء وترتب على ذلك القول بنفي خلق الله لأفعال العبادء وإخراج بعض مقدورات الله عن مشيئتهء كما فسر الظلم المنفي عن الله -تعالى- في النصوص الشرعية بالظلم المنفي عن العبادء أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناولت فيه موقف أبي بكر الجصاص من صفة التجلي والرؤية لله -تعالىء حيث نفاهما عن الله -تعالىء وجعل الإدراك المنفي عن الله مرادفًا من كل وجه للرؤية البصريةء وأول الأحاديث التي وردت في إثبات الرؤية بأن المراد بها العلمء وأما المبحث الثالث فقد تحدثت فيه عن موقفه من بقية الصفات كصفة اليدء والعينء والحكمةء والعزةء والإتيانء والمجيء والاستواء» حيث نفاها عن الله -تعالىء فالله عنده عزيز بلا عزةء وقادر بلا قدرةء وعظيم بلا عظمةء وكان من نتائجى هذا البحث أن أبا بكر الجصاص يته وافق المعتزلة فى أصلين من أصولها الخمسة ألا وهما: التوحيدء والعدلء كما بينت أنه رغم هذه الموافقة فلا يحكم عليه بأنه من طبقة المعتزلة حتى يتبين موقفه من بقية أصول المعتزلة الأخرى.
This research is intended to trace the opinions of
ABU BAKR AL GASSAS - May Allah have mercy on him - Related
to Allah's attributes and actions. Where the first part was a statement
of his position - may Allah have mercy on him -on the characteristic
of will and love. That his will is required for the characteristic of love,
and this resulted in the saying that Allah's creation is denying the
actions of servants, and removing some of Allah's capabilities from
His will. He also explained the injustice denied by Allah Almighty in
the legal texts as the injustice denied by the servants. As for the
second part, it dealt with the position of ABU BAKR AL GASSAS
regarding the attribute of transfiguration and vision of Allah
Almighty. Where he denied them from Allah Almighty, and made
perception denied from Allah synonymous with every aspect of visual
vision. In addition, the first hadith that was mentioned in proving the
vision that what is meant by knowledge.As for the third part, it talked
about his position on the rest of the qualities, such as the characteristic
of the hand, the eye, wisdom, pride, coming and Leveling. Where he
denied them from Allah Almighty, Allah is dear to him without glory,
and capable without power, and great without greatness.
One of the results of this research was that ABU BAKR AL
GASSAS - may Allah have mercy on him - approved the Moatazila in
two of its five principles, namely monotheism and justice. It also
indicated that despite this approval, he is not judged to be from the
Moatazila class. Until it becomes clear his position on the rest of the
other Moatazila assets.
