The purpose of this study was to systematically review and meta-analysis of technology-based interventions aimed at improving reading disorder among students. This study is a review in terms of the method and a fundamental study in terms of the purpose. The statistical population of the present study consisted of peer-reviewed journal articles in three databases of Eric, Science Direct, and Magiran that were searched in May 2019. The number of samples reached 6 Persian articles and 7 English articles after applying exclusion and inclusion criteria. The study was carried out during the mapping stages of the studies, critically evaluation and meta-analysis. Finally, eight studies with the highest critical evaluation score were obtained. Also, results showed optimum age of participants is 7 years old, optimum sample size is 15, optimum type of intervention program is task-based and exercise-based intervention softwares, total optimum intervention time is 28 to 56 hours, and The optimal run time is about 2 to 4 months. Suggestions were made regarding the selection and division of samples into groups of comparison, focus and nature of interventions, interventionists and observance of research ethics.
