خلاصة:
هدف:پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش های مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری بر بازداری پاسخ در دانش آموزان مبتلا به اخلال نافرمانی مقابله ای انجام شد.
روش:این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش آموزان پسر پایه های پنجم و ششم ابتدایی با اختالل نافرمانی مقابله ای منطقه 9 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1398-1399 بودند که تعداد 45 نفر برحسب شرایط ورود و خروج و نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه مطالعه شده انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای استفاده شده در پژوهش حاضر شامل مقیاس درجه بندی اختالل نافرمانی مقابله ای در کودکان، مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته و آزمون رنگ واژه استروپ برای سنجش بازداری پاسخ بودند.
یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد گروه دریافت کننده برنامه های آموزشی مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری در بازداری پاسخ دانشآموزان با اختالل نافرمانی مقابله ای نسبت به گروه کنترل اثربخشی بیشتری دارد (5/ 0>P) همچنین آموزش مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری در بازداری پاسخ دانش آموزان با اختلال نافرمان ی مقابله ای تاثیر یکسانی دارد (5/ 0>P).
نتیجه گیری:بنابراین آموزش مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری میتواند به عنوان روش های مداخله ای برای بهبود بازداری پاسخ در دانشآموزان با اختالل نافرمانی مقابلهای استفاده شود.
Objective
The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of anger management and parenting training on response inhibition in students with Oppositional/Confrontational Defiant Disorder (ODD/FDD).
Method
This research was a quasiexperimental study of pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all male students with ODD/FDD in Tehran in 2020. Overall 45 people were selected as a sample according to the entry and exit criteria through voluntary and available sampling and assigned into two experimental groups and one control group. The instruments used in the present study included a grading scale for ODD/FDD in children and to inhibit the response of the Stroop word color test.
Results
Anger management and parenting training showed more effectiveness on response inhibition in the case comparing to the control group (P <0. 5). Also anger management training group parenting training group had the same effect on the response inhibition of students with ODD/FDD (P <0. 5).
Conclusion
Therefore, education of anger management and parenting training as two interventional programs can be effective in inhibiting the response of students with ODD/FDD.
