تبیین عوامل موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی در ایران مقالة

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین عوامل موثر در توسعة کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- اکتشافی و ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته می باشد. جامعه آماری 174 نفر ازکارآفرینان و صاحبان کسب و کار در حوزة کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی کشور بوده که جهت تحلیل از نرم افزار spss و pls جهت مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل میزان تاثیر متغیرهای مستقل مکنون بر توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی؛ از دید پاسخگویان، بعد بهبود و توجه به ویژگیهای خاص بستر محیطی و ویژگیهای نیروی انسانی روستایی در بین سه بعد کلان دارای بیشترین وزن با اهمیت با 40/ 0 است و بعد از آن، بعد کلان ساختار نهادی و قانونی مناسب کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی با وزن با اهمیت 35/ 0 می باشد و نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، تبیین کنندگی، معناداری مدل مفهومی و روابط آن را نشان می دهد.

The purpose of this study was to explain the factors affecting the development of rural tourism entrepreneurship. The research method is descriptive-exploratory and the main tool for data collection is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of 174 entrepreneurs and business owners in rural tourism entrepreneurship in the country. SPSS and pls software were used for structural equation modeling. Based on the results of the analysis of the effect of the independent variables present on the development of rural tourism entrepreneurship; from the viewpoints of the respondents, the dimension of improvement and attention to the specific environmental context and characteristics of the rural manpower among the three macro dimensions have the highest importance with 0.40 and then From then on, the macro-institutional structure of the Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship with a significance of 0.35 is significant and the results show that the conceptual model and its relationships are significant.

جامعه آماری ١٧٤ نفر از کارآفرینان و صاحبان کسب وکار در حوزه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی کشور بوده که برای اندازهگیری ویژگیهای فنی ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پایایی، روایی واگرای بررسی از نرمافزار "اس پی اس اس " و از نرمافزار "پی ال اس " جهت مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در راستای کشف روابط بین متغیرها، تعیین اهمیت و اثرگذاری ابعاد سه گانه مؤثر در توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی و ارزیابی برازندگی مدل مفهومی پژوهش استفاده شده است . بر اساس نتایج تحلیل میزان تأثیر متغیرهای مستقل مکنون بر توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی از دید پاسخگویان، بعد بهبود و توجه به ویژگیهای خاص بستر محیطی و ویژگیهای نیروی انسانی روستایی در بین سه بعد کلان دارای بیشترین وزن با اهمیت با ٠/٤٠ است و بعدازآن، بعد کلان ساختار نهادی و قانونی مناسب کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی با وزن با اهمیت ٠/٣٥ است و نتایج حاصل از پژوهش ، تبیین کنندگی، معناداری مدل مفهومی و روابط آن را نشان میدهد.
