خلاصة:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط میان مولفه های اخلاق تجارت الکترونیک و قصد خرید دوباره با توجه به نقش واسطه ای رضایت الکترونیک انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 80 نفر از کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در استان مازندران که خرید و فروش آنلاین انجام می دهند می باشند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده گردید. برای آزمون فرض های آماری از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که اخلاق تجارت الکترونیک با رضایت الکترونیک و قصد خرید دوباره رابطه معنی دار دارد. رضایت الکترونیک نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین اخلاق تجارت الکترونیک و قصد خرید دوباره دارد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه های فرعی نشان داد که بین ابعاد اخلاق تجارت الکترونیک ) امنیت، حریم خصوصی، قابلیت اطمینان و عدم فریبکاری ( و رضایت الکترونیک رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد. اما بین بازیابی خدمات و ارزش های مشترک با رضایت الکترونیک رابطه معنی دار وجود ندارد. همچنین بین رضایت الکترونیک و قصد خرید دوباره رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد.
The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the ethics components of e-commerce and the intention to buy again with respect to the mediating role of e-satisfaction. The statistical population of this study is staff there are small and medium companies that are new and active in Mazandaran province that do online sales and sales, which number over 80 people. Considering the statistical population of this research, the method used in this research is not the sampling method, it has been selectively used for evaluation by all experts, which is over 80 people. A standard questionnaire was used to collect information. Pearson correlation test and path analysis test were used to test statistical hypotheses. The results of testing the main hypotheses showed that the ethics of e-commerce has a significant relationship with e-satisfaction and the intention to buy again. E-satisfaction plays a mediating role between the ethics of e-commerce and the intention to buy again. The results of testing sub-hypotheses showed that between the dimensions of e-commerce ethics( Security, privacy, reliability and non-fraud) and electronic satisfaction there is a significant relationship. But there is no significant relationship between service recovery and shared values with electronic satisfaction. There is also a significant relationship between e-satisfaction and the intention to buy again.
