Abstract:
هدف این پژوهش اثر تعاملات بین مدیران دارای ارتباطات سیاسی، مدیران مستقل و ریسک اعتباری بانک‌ها را در یک کشور نو ظهور بررسی کرده است؛ مطالعه ادبیات نظری نشان می‌دهد که ارتباطات سیاسی، ارزش سازمان‌ها را افزایش می‌دهد. روابط سیاسی ممکن است در عملکرد بانک‌ها تاثیر مثبت و منفی بگذارد. پاسخ به این پرسش که ارتباطات سیاسی بانک‌ها تاثیر مثبت یا منفی در عملکرد مالی آن‌ها دارد، مقوله‌ای است که با قاطعیت نمی‌توان به آن پاسخ داد. در این مطالعه بانک‌های تجاری مشتمل بر 16 بانک برای دوره زمانی 1396-1390 می‌باشد برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز برای بانک‌های فهرست شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران از پایگاه اطلاعاتی ناشران کُدال استفاده شد. همچنین از اطلاعات موجود در گزارش عملکرد بانک‌های ایرانی که توسط موسسه عالی بانکداری ایران گردآوری شده است، استفاده شد. برای بررسی این موضوع، از روش SGMM (روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته سیستمی) یا به بیان دیگر، روش پویا و سیستمی تعمیم یافته (GMM) ارائه شده توسط بلوندل و باند (1998) که روش معتبری در اقتصاد سنجی می‌باشد استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می-دهند که ارتباطات سیاسی هیآت مدیره در بانک‌های تجاری ایران تأثیر قابل توجهی بر ریسک اعتباری دارند.
The purpose of This study attempts to investigate the effects of interactions between politically connected CEO (PCCEO), independent directors, and credit risk of banks in an emerging country. It has been widely stated in the theoretical literature that political connections increase the value of organizations. Political connections may have a positive or negative effect on the performance of the bank. answering the question of whether banks' political connections have a positive or negative impact on their financial performance cannot be answered with certainty. In this study, commercial banks include 16 banks for the period 1390-1396. To collect the required data for the banks listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, the database of Codal publishers was used. The information contained in the performance report of Iranian banks collected by the Higher Institute of Banking of Iran was also used. For investigation of this issue, we employ the SGMM method (System Generalized Method of Moments) or in other words, dynamic GMM approach, and we find politically connected boards to exert significant influence on credit risk.

يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد که بين ارتباطات سياسي و هزينه سرمايه حقوق صاحبان شرکت ها، رابطه منفي و معني داري وجود دارد.
