Abstract:
زمینه: بروز مکرر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان، می‌تواند بر تحول کودک تأثیر منفی داشته یا در بلندمدت تسهیل‌کننده رفتارهای ضد اجتماعی و ارتکاب جرم باشد، امّا مسأله این است که آیا این رفتارها می‌تواند متأثر از مهارگری شرایط محیطی کودک، توسط مراقبین، باشد؟ هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی کارگاه آموزشی تربیت کودک اندیشمند بر خودکارآمدپنداری والدین و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان بود. این آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد حل‌مسأله به شیوه بین‌فردی است. روش: روش این پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون تک گروهی انجام شده است. یک نمونه 64 نفره (43 مادر و 21 پدر) از والدین دارای کودک پیش دبستانی و دبستانی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جلسات کارگاه، هفته‌ای یک بار در 9 جلسه 2 ساعته برگزار گردید. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه مشکلات رفتاری (آیبرگ، 1978) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمد پنداری والدگری (دومکا و همکاران، 1996). یافته ها: یافته ها، فرضیه اثربخشی آموزش تربیت کودک اندیشمند را بر مشکلات رفتاری مورد تأیید قرار داد (0/01 >p) امّا بر خودکارآمد پنداری والدین اثر معنادار نداشت (0/05 p). نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته ها می توان نتیجه گرفت والدینی که قادر به یافتن روش‌های حل‌مسأله مناسب هستند و گزینه‌های بین فردی متنوعی را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و در رفتار خود منعکس می‌سازند، کودکانی با مهارت حل‌مسأله بهتر پرورش می‌دهند.
Background: The repeated incidence of behavioral problems in children may negatively affect their development or facilitate antisocial behaviors and crime in the long term, but problem is, whether these behaviors may influenced by controlling children’s environmental conditions. Aims: This study examined the effects of teaching the Raising a Thinking Child (RTC) program to parents on parenting self-efficacy and childrenchr('39')s behaviors. These programs are based on the interpersonal problem-solving approach. Method: The research method was single group quasi-experimental with pre and post design. To this end, samples of 64 parents (34 mothers and 21 fathers) of pre-school and elementary-school children were selected through convenience sampling. A workshop was held once a week for 9 two-hour sessions. Data collection instruments were Eyberg’s (1978) Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI) and Dumkachr('39')s Parenting Self-Agency Measure (PSAM). Results: the findings confirmed the effects of the RTC program on behavior problems (0.01Conclusions: It can be concluded that, parents who can find effective problem-solving methods, evaluate a variety of interpersonal options, and reflect these options in their behaviors, raise children with better problem-solving skills.
