Abstract:
زمینه: پژوهش ها نشان می دهد، فقدان سلامت روان و وجود تنیدگی نه تنها در افراد باعث اختلال در عملکرد و کاهش بهره وری کارکنان در سازمانها می شود بلکه مدیریت اثربخش بدون توجه به این متغیرها کمتر حاصل می شود. بنابراین آیا آموزش مدیریت چندوجهی تنیدگی می تواند بر رواندرستی و تنیدگی شغلی کارکنان اثر بگذارد؟ هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت چندوجهی تنیدگی لرن( بارلو و همکاران، 2001) بر رواندرستی معنوی و تنیدگی شغلی کارکنان یک شرکت داروسازی در تهران انجام گرفت. روش: روش پژوهش شبهآزمایشی (پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه) بود. از میان کارکنان داوطلب، 30 نفر به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه چندوجهی مدیریت تنیدگی طی 18 جلسۀ 90 دقیقه ای و به صورت هفتگی اجرا شد و آزمودنی ها به پرسشنامه تنیدگی ادراک شده PSS( کوهن و همکاران، 1983) و رواندرستی معنوی SIWB( فری و همکاران، 2005) پاسخ دادند. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره نشان داد که اثر گروه آزمایشی به صورت معناداری روی تنیدگی شغلی (0/01P) و رواندرستی (0/01 P) تأثیر دارد. نتیجهگیری: این بدان معناست کارکنانی که در برنامه آموزش مدیریت چندوجهی تنیدگی شرکت کردند در متغیرهای رواندرستی( خودکارآمدی و نقشۀ زندگی) و کاهش تنیدگی شغلی نمرات بهتری در آزمون نهایی اخذ کردند.
Background: Research shows that the lack of mental health and presence of stress in people not only cause some disorders in employeeschr('39') performance in organizations and reduce their productivity but also there will less effective management without considering these variables. So does taking a multifaceted approach to stress management affect employeeschr('39') spiritual wellbeing and occupational stress? Aims: The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of taking LEARN multifaceted to stress management (Barlow et al. 2001) in the spiritual wellbeing and occupational stress of employees in a pharmaceutical company in Tehran. Method: research method was The a quasi-experimental design (pre-test and post-test with a control group). where 30 employees were randomly divided into two experimental (N=15) and control (N=15) groups. The multifaceted stress management program was conducted during 18 weekly 90-minute sessions and the subjects answered Perceived Stress Scale PSS (Cohen et al. 1983) and Spirituality Index of Well-Being SIWB (Frey et al. 2005). Results: The results of single-variant covariance analysis indicated that the effect of experimental group had a significant effect on occupational stress (PConclusions: This suggests that the employees who had participated in the multifaceted stress management program gained better scores in the final exam in terms of the variables related to spiritual wellbeing (self-efficacy and life map) and reduction in occupational stress.
