Abstract:
هدف: وفاداری به برند واکنش رفتاری نسبتا متعصبانه‌ای در خرید یا توصیه است که فرد در طول زمان نسبت به یک برند پیدا می‌کند و باعث می‌شود که در فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری و ارزیابی از بین مجموعه برندهای دیگری که در ذهن دارد گرایش خاصی نسبت به آن برند پیدا کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب‌شناسی مطالعات برند در ایران با تمرکز بر روی متغیر وفاداری برند، پس از پاسخگویی به سوالات اصلی که عبارتند از: شاخص‌های تببین‌کننده وفاداری به برند در مطالعات صورت گرفته کدام‌اند، نحوه سنجش مولفه‌های وفاداری به برند به چه صورتی می‌باشد، عوامل موثر بر وفاداری به برند کدام‌اند و پیامدهای وفاداری به برند کدام‌اند، پیشایندها و پیامدهای وفاداری برند را شناسایی نموده است.
روش: با استفاده از روش فراترکیب الگوی هقت مرحله‌‌ای ساندوسکی و باروسو (2006) کلیه مقالات علمی- پژوهشی و علمی- ترویجی داخلی نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های داده (جهاد دانشگاهی (SID)، نورمگز، پرتال علوم انسانی، پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام (ISC) و مگیران) و مجلات در بازه زمانی سال ۱۳۸۰ تا ۱۳۹9 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که از این جستجو 401 مقاله یافت شد. پس از ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات از منظر پارامترهایی همچون عنوان، چکیده، محتوا، دسترسی و کیفیت روش پژوهش، مقالات خارج از اعتبار حذف شدند و در نهایت ۷۵ مقاله مناسب برای کدگذاری مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: مفاهیم و مقوله‌های کدگذاری شده در قالب ۱۰ گروه اصلی (آمیخته بازاریابی، ارتباطات یکپارچه بازاریابی و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری به عنوان پیشایندهای وفاداری به برند، سه پیامد فردی، سازمانی و ملی به عنوان پیامدهای وفاداری به برند و چهار بعد نگرشی، احساسی، رفتاری و کارکردی به عنوان ابعاد وفاداری برند) به صورت چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش نمایش داده شدند. از مهم‌ترین آسیب‌های موجود در پژوهش‌های حوزه وفاداری به برند، مسئله-محور نبودن آنهاست. از دیگر آسیب‌های موجود، می‌توان به نبود تعریف دقیق از وفاداری به برند، تمرکز بیش از حد بر رویکردهای پژوهش کمی به خصوص مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و ترجمه نامناسب برخی واژگان اشاره کرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه، برای اولین بار به آسیب‌شناسی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با وفاداری به برند با استفاده از رویکرد فراترکیب پرداخته شد. این چارچوب بیان می‌دارد که وفاداری به برند با تعریف در چهار گروه جامع وفاداری نگرشی، احساسی، رفتاری و کارکردی، پیشایندهای آن عامل‌های بنیادی- نهادی، انگیزشی و ارتباطی است که پیامدهای فردی، سازمانی و ملی را به همراه دارد.
Objective In the competitive world of today brand loyalty is one of the strategic requirements. Increasingly being noticed, the manifestation of brand strength in the market is one of the main components of the success of companies, Brand loyalty is a relatively biased behavioral response to a purchase or recommendation that a person makes toward a brand over time. Brand loyalty is a relatively biased behavioral response to a purchase or recommendation that occurs over time in a person towards a brand, and this causes the tendency to choose that brand in the decision-making and evaluation processes from among other brands that one has in mind. The present study seeks the diagnosis of brand studies in Iran with a focus on brand loyalty and aims to answer the following questions: What are the indicators of brand loyalty? How the components of brand loyalty can be measured? What are the antecedents of brand loyalty? What are the consequences of brand loyalty? Methodology Applying qualitative meta-synthesis research method, all the scientific-research and scientific-extensional articles indexed in databases of the Scientific Information Database (SID), the Noormags, Humanities Portal, Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Magiran, and related journals published from 2009 to 2020 were investigated. Subsequently, 401 articles were selected and after being evaluated, regarding parameters such as their titles, abstracts, content, ease of access, and quality of the research method applied in them. The invalid articles were removed. Finally, 75 papers were recognized as suitable for being coded were and being analyzed. Findings The identified concepts and themes were classified into 10 main categories to designate the conceptual framework of the research. Antecedents of brand loyalty included marketing mix, integrated marketing communications, and customer relationship management. The consequences of brand loyalty included individual, organizational and national consequences, and the dimensions of brand loyalty included attitude, emotional, behavioral, and functional. The results showed that one of the most serious disadvantages is that research in the field of brand loyalty is not problem-oriented. Other disadvantages included the lack of a precise definition of brand loyalty, focusing too much on the quantitative research approaches, especially structural equation modeling (SEM), and inappropriate translation of some words. Conclusion In this study, the diagnosis of research related to brand loyalty was investigated using the meta-synthesis approach. The framework stated that brand loyalty can be defined in four categories of attitudinal, emotional, behavioral, and functional loyalty and its antecedents are fundamental-institutional, motivational, and communicative factors that result in individual, organizational and national consequences.

در همين راستا در مطالعات انصاري و نصابي (١٣٩٢) و سعيدا اردکاني و جانبازي (١٣٩٤) با رويکرد مطالعاتي ارزش ويژه برند، متغير وفاداري به برند از ديدگاه آکر هم از منظر مطالعات مدلي و هم از نگاه متغيري به صورت جدا در پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است بدون اين که مرز مفهومي و عملياتي آن از هر دو منظر تفکيک گردد.
فراترکيب نوعي مطالعه کيفي است که اطلاعات و يافته هاي استخراج شده از مطالعات ديگر با موضوع مرتبط و مشابه را بررسي ميکند و در نتيجه نمونه مورد نظر فراترکيب از مطالعات منتخب و براساس ارتباط آنها با سوالات پژوهش تشکيل ميشود (خنيفر، ميرزايي، پريشان و پوربهروزان ، ١٣٩٧).
