زمینه و هدف: قلدری مسئله ای مهم و شایع است که میتواند پیامدهای روانشناختی، رفتاری، شناختی، جسمانی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و فرهنگی بسیاری را در پی داشته باشد. در این بین توانایی تنظیم هیجانی و ناگویی طبعی از جمله عوامل تاثیرگذار در رفتارهای قلدرانه بهحساب میآیند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی و ناگویی طبعی در پیشبینی قلدری انجام شده است.
روش: طرح پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش آموزان مدارس متوسطه دوره اول ناحیه دو شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 250 دانشآموز از جامعه مذکور بودند که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری دادهها در این مطالعه از مقیاس قلدری ایلینویز (اسپلاگوهولت، 2001)، مقیاس دشواری در نظمبخشی هیجانی (گراتزوروئمر، 2004)، و مقیاس ناگویی خلقیت ورنتو (باگبی و همکاران، 1994) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد عدم پذیرش پاسخ های هیجانی (21/0=β)، دشواری در انجام رفتار هدفمند (43/0=β)، دشواری در مهار تکانه (70/0=B)، نبودآگاهی هیجانی (33/0=β)، نبود وضوح هیجانی (32/0=β) درسطح معناداری 01/0؛ و راهبردهای محدود (21/0=β)، دشواری در تشخیص احساسات (16/0=β)، دشواری در توصیف احساسات (23/0=β)، و تفکر برونمدار (24/0=β) در سطح معناداری 05/0، قادربه پیش بینی قلدری هستند.
نتیجهگیری: در مجموع، نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از ارتباط بین قلدری، مشکل در تنظیم هیجانی، و ناگویی طبعی است. بر طبق یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش می توان با به کارگیری برنامهها و روش هایی برای افزایش توانایی تنظیم هیجانی و کاهش ناگویی طبعی دانش آموزان از میزان رفتارهای قلدرانه آنها که با بسیاری از اختلالات جسمانی و روانشناختی مرتبط است، بهطور معناداری کاست.
Background and Purpose: Bullying is an important and prevalent issue that can have many psychological, behavioral, cognitive, physical, economic, social, and cultural implications. In the meantime, the ability to regulate the emotions and alexithymia are among the factors influencing bullying behaviors. Therefore, the present study was carried out to investigate the role of difficulties in emotional regulation and alexithymia in predicting bullying.
Method: The research design was descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all first cycle secondary school students of district 2 of Rasht city in the academic year 2017-2018. The study sample included 250 students selected by convenience sampling method. Illinois Bullying Scale (Espelage &Holt, 2001), Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale (Gratz & Roemer, 2004) and the twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale (Bagby et al., 1994) were used to gather of data.
Results: The results showed that non-acceptance of emotional responses (β= 0.21), difficulty engaging in goal-directed behavior (β= 0.43), impulse control difficulties (β= 0.70), lack of emotional awareness (β=0.33), lack of emotional clarity (β= 0.32) at the significance level of 0.01, limited access to emotion regulation strategies (β= 0.21), difficulty in identifying the feelings (β= 0.16), difficulty in describing the feelings (β= 0.23), and externally-oriented thinking (β= 0.24) at the significance level of 0.05 are able to predict bullying.
Conclusion: In sum, the results showed the relationship between bullying, difficulties in emotional regulation and alexithymia. According to findings, applying programs and methods to increase the ability to regulate emotions and reduce the mood of adolescents' alexithymia may reduce bullying behaviors which are associated with many physical and psychological disorders.
