Abstract:
با توجه به تغییر و تحولات گسترده در زمینه های مـختلف کـسب وکـار، نیاز سازمان ها به افزایش سطح کیفی محصولات و خدماتشان افزایش یافته اسـت . بـنابراین در این راسـتا سازمان ها نیازمند توسعه توانمندیهای سازمانی در جهت ارائه محصولات و خدمات با کیفیت بالا هستند. در محیط تجاری امـروز مـدیران به منظور باقی ماندن در رقابت و ارائه مزایای مالی رضایت بخش به صاحبان و سهامداران ، تـوجه زیادی بـه رفـع نیازهای مشتریان دارند. بازاریابی پدیده ای است که طی دهه های اخیر تغییرات بسیاری داشـته و هـم زمان این تغییرات بر پژوهش های صورت گـرفته در اینـ حـوزه اثرگذار بوده است . امروزه بازاریابی تنها یک کـارکرد در سـازمان یا مربوط به یک واحد خاص در سازمان نیست ، بلکه کل سازمان با مفهوم بازاریابی در ارتـباط اسـت . امروزه بسیاری از فعالیت های بـازاریابی کـه به طـور مـعمول بـاید در واحد بازاریابی انجام گیرد میان کـارکردهای مـختلف سازمان مانند مدیریت منابع انسانی، فروش و مهندسی محصول توزیع شده است . این رویکـرد مـنجر به موج جدیدی از پژوهش ها در حـوزه بازاریابی شده است ، هـمچنین تـغییرات فناوری مانند ظهور اینترنت و وب در جـهت گـیری پژوهش های بازاریابی تاثیر به سزایی داشته است.
Summary Due to the wide range of changes and developments in various areas of business, the need for organizations to increase the quality of their products and services has increased. Therefore, in this regard, organizations need to develop organizational capabilities to provide high quality products and services. In today's business environment, managers pay close attention to meeting the needs of customers in order to remain competitive and provide financial benefits to the satisfaction of owners and shareholders. Marketing is a phenomenon that has undergone many changes in recent decades and all these times these changes have affected the research conducted in this field. Today, marketing is not just a function in the organization or related to a specific unit in the organization, but the whole organization is related to the concept of marketing. Today, many of the marketing activities that normally need to be done in a marketing unit are distributed among the various functions of the organization, such as human resource management, sales, and product engineering. This approach has led to a new wave of marketing research, as well as technological changes such as the advent of the Internet and the Web in marketing research.

پيشنهاد مي گردد بمنظور ارتقاي بعد ايجاد محتوا و بهبود مولفه هاي اين بعد، مديران ارشد شرکت هاي فعال در بازاريابي اينترنتي توجه ويژه اي به شاخص هايي همچون " وجود محتواي مورد نياز مشتري ،ايجاد و خلق ارزش در خصوص برند،مفيد بودن محتواي اشتراکي ،ماندگاري ذهني محتوا،جذاب بودن محتواي اشتراکي ،به روز بودن محتواي اشتراکي و صحت محتواي منتشر شده ،کفايت محتواي اشتراکي "داشته باشند .
