خلاصة:
هدف: در پژوهش حاضر، اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و تاب‌آوری دانش‌آموزان با نقص بینایی (کم‌بینا و نابینا) شهر یاسوج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش: این پژوهش به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش‌آموزان با نقص بینایی مدرسه شقایق شهر یاسوج است که، در سال تحصیلی 1398-97 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل تمامی جامعه آماری (10 نفر مورد آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی قرار گرفتند و 10 نفر دانش‌آموز که هیچ مداخله‌ای روی آن‌ها صورت نگرفت) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار به کار رفته در این پژوهش آموزش مداخله ذهن‌آگاهی، پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کونر و دیویدسون (2003) و پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی مارتین و روبین (1995) بود. روش مداخله‌ی ذهن‌آگاهی به مدت 8 جلسه‌ی 90 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش ارائه گردید. داده‌ها با نرم افزار Spss-21و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه پس‌آزمون مولفه‌های انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و تاب‌آوری در دو گروه با کنترل کردن اثر پیش‌آزمون، پس از شرکت در جلسات مداخلات ذهن‌آگاهی نشان داد نمرات مولفه‌های انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و تاب‌آوری دانش‌آموزانی که در گروه آزمایش شرکت داشتند، نسبت به آن‌هایی که در گروه کنترل جایگزین شده بودند افزایش معناداری داشت (P≤0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند رویکردی موثر در انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و تاب‌آوری افراد کم‌بینا و نابینا باشد.
Aim: In the present study, the aim was the effectiveness of mindfulness training on cognitive flexibility and resilience of students with visual impairment (Low vision and blind) of Yasuj City. Method: The method of this research was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test with the control group. The statistical population of the study was all students with visual impairment of Yasujchr('39')s Shaghayegh School in the academic year of 2018-19. The research sample also was included the entire statistical population (10 students recieved mindfulness training and 10 students recieved no intervention) by available sampling method. The instrument was used in this study was mindfulness intervention training, Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (2003) and Martin and Rubin Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (1995). The mindfulness intervention was performed within 8 sessions of 90 minutes lengh for the experimental group. Then, the data were analyzed by using SPSS21 software and covariance analysis. Findings: After comparison of post-test cognitive flexibility and resilience components in the two groups with controlling the effect of pre-test, and also, after participation of experimental group in mindfulness intervention sessions, the result of this study showed that the scores of experimental group students in cognitive flexibility and resilience were significantly higher than those of the control group students (P ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: mindfulness training can be an effective approach in cognitive flexibility and resilience of low vision and blind people.
