خلاصة:
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی چالش های توسعه مدارس هوشمند از دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان مدارس هوشمند شهرستان بابلسر انجام شد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و تحلیلی بود. اطلاعات و سوالات مورد نیاز این تحقیق در مرحله اول، از طریق بررسی ها و مصاحبه با مسئولان اصلی طرح مدارس هوشمند در اداره کل آموزش و پرورش شهرستان بابلسر به دست آمد. بدین ترتیب سوالات مربوط به پرسش نامه در فهرستی گردآوری شدند. در نهایت به منظور پاسخگویی، پرسشنامه ها میان 21 مدیران و 131 معلم مدارس هوشمند شهرستان بابلسر توزیع شد. نتایج نشان داد که رایج نبودن استفاده از اینترنت در میان معلمان، ضعف آشنایی معلمان با روش های نوین تدریس، عدم وجود محتوای الکترونیکی قابل اعتماد دروس، بیش ترین چالش های پیش روی توسعه مدارس هوشمند بود. فراهم نبودن زیر ساخت های مورد نیاز مانند شبکه های محلی و اتصال به اینترنت، عدم وجود آمادگی و زمینه لازم در رابطه با استفاده از فناوری و اطلاعات در مدیریت مدرسه، عدم وجود انگیزه و علاقه به حرفه معلمی و عدم وجود انگیزه در دانش آموزان برای استفاده و بهره برداری مناسب از تجهیزات، کم ترین چالش های پیش روی توسعه مدارس هوشمند در شهرستان بابلسر می باشد. در نهایت، با شناسایی چالش ها مدارس هوشمند و تجهیز آنها، مرزهای دانش از کتاب های درسی فراتر رفته و شیوه های تدریس و یادگیری از حفظیات و بخاطر سپاری محض به تفکر انتقادی و ارزیابی منابع اطلاعاتی گسترش خواهد یافت.
The aim of this study was to determine the challenges of development in smart schools from perspective of administrators and teachers of these schools in Babolsar county. The method of collecting information was descriptive, the kind of survey and analysis. At the first step, the information and the questions of the study was obtained through survey and interviews with main officials of the smart schools project in department of Education and Training in Babolsar county. So, the questions related to the questionnaire were collected in a list. in order to answer the question, we distributed the questionnaire among 21 administrators and 131 teachers in these schools. The results showed, using of the internet is not common among teachers, the weakness of experienced among teachers in modern teaching methods and the lack of reliable electronic content of lessons were the main challenges of development in the smart schools. The lack of required infrastructures such as local network and internet connection, the lack of preparedness and the necessary background related to using information technology in management of school, lack of motivation and interest in the teaching profession and lack of motivation among students to use proper operation of the equipment were the least challenges of development in the smart schools in Babolsar county. Finally, if we identify the challenges of the smart schools and equip them, the science will go ahead of textbooks. Therefore, teaching and learning methods will be expanded from mere remembering to critical thinking and evaluation of information sources.
