خلاصة:
این پژوهش به منظور اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر شفقت (CFT) بر روی تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و امیدواری دانش‌آموزان پسر اهمال‌کار تحصیلی مقطع دوم متوسطه انجام شده است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع نیمه-آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل می‌باشد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های تاب‌آوری تحصیلی مارتین، امیدواری اشنایدر و همکاران، و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی سولومون و رایتلوم، 28 نفر از دانش‌آموزان پسر اهمال-کار تحصیلی مقطع دوم متوسطه به طور هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (هر گروه 14 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایشی 8 جلسه فنون CFT را بر اساس بسته آموزشی نف آموزش دیدند و گروه کنترل آموزشی در این زمینه دریافت نکردند. پس از اجرای CFT، مجدداً تاب‌آوری تحصیلی، امیدواری و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان هر دو گروه مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفت. از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) و تک متغیری (آنکوا) برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.باتوجه به نمرات پس آزمون، F محاسبه شده هم در تحلیل مانکوا و هم در تحلیل آنکوا برای متغیرهای تاب‌آوری تحصیلی، امیدواری و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی در هر دو گروه تفاوت معنادار را نشان داد. به طور کلی این پژوهش در همسویی با نتایج پژوهش‌های مشابه حاکی از آن است، روش CFT در افزایش تاب‌آوری تحصیلی، امیدواری و کاهش اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان پسر می‌تواند نقش موثری داشته باشد
The aim research was to evaluate the effectiveness of compassion focused therapy (CFT) on academic resiliency and hopefulness in the academic procrastination boy students of the second degree of high school. This research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design. Using Martin's academic resiliency, Eshnayder and eatal's hopefulness and Solomon and Ratilom's academic procrastination questionnaires, 28 boy students of with academic procrastination in the second degree of high school were purposive selected and were simple randomly assigned in two experimental and control group. (each group was 14). The experimental group received 8 sessions of CFT based on Neff’s instruction package and the control group did not receive any training in this field. After executing the CFT, academic resiliency, hopefulness and academic procrastination of the students of two groups were measured again. Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) and univariate covariance analysis (ANCOVA). According to the posttest scorest of calculated F either in the Mancova analysis and either in the Ancova analysis for acadmic resiliency, hopefulness and academic procrastination showed significant differences in both groups. The results of this research which are in line with other studies that CFT has significant role in increasing academic resiliency and hopefulness and decreasing academic procrastination in the boy students
