فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری در دنیای امروز دارای تحولات زیادی است که شرایط عدم اطمینان بر آن تأثیر زیادی دارد. تا آنجاکه نظریه آشوب سازمان‌ها را با پیچیدگی زیاد و در عین حال قابل مدیریت تصویر کرده است. مهندسی مالی و مدیریت یکپارچه ریسک وظیفه کنترل ریسک‌ها را بر عهده گرفته و با ارائه راهکارهای نوین و راهبردی توانسته است برای سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌های تجاری به ویژه بانک‌ها روش‌های نظامندی خلق نماید. در این مطالعه از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با روش میدانی استفاده می‌شود لذا از پرسش‌نامه در جمع‌آوی داده‌ها استفاده می‌شود. بدین منظور از بین تعداد پرسنل صف و ستاد بانک ملی به تعداد 31.425 نفر دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی می‌باشند که از بین این تعداد حدود 24256 نفر دارای سابقه بالای 10 سال می‌باشند. برای تعیین ارزش عددی اهمیت هر یک از معیارها، گروه قضاوت کارشناسی 386 نفری به صورت تعمدی از افراد بالای 10سال سابقه و دارای مدرک دانشگاهی براساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق در همه رویکردها، از اختیار متخصصان بانکی استفاده می‌شود. بر اساس نظر خبرگان با تجزیه تحلیل با روش دلفی فازی و تحلیل سلسه مراتبی به‌این نتیجه می‌رسیم که نسبت مطالبات به تسهیلات و نقدینگی به دارایی به ترتیب عدم کارایی شعب را نشان می‌دهند و سود‌آوری، توام با کاهش ریسک‌های بانکی می‌باشد.
The decision-making process in today's world has many developments, which are greatly affected by uncertainty. As far as chaos theory has depicted organizations with great complexity and at the same time manageable. Financial engineering and integrated risk management has assumed the task of controlling risks and by providing new and strategic solutions, it has been able to create systematic methods for organizations and commercial companies, especially banks. Hierarchical analysis with field method is used in this study, so questionnaire is used in data collection. For this purpose, 31,425 people have university education from among the number of frontline and headquarters personnel of National Bank, of which 24,256 people have more than 10 years of experience. To determine the numerical value of the importance of each of the criteria, the expert judgment group of 386 people was deliberately selected from people with more than 10 years of experience and with a university degree based on Morgan's table. In this research, the authority of banking experts is used in all approaches. Based on the opinion of experts, by analyzing with the fuzzy Delphi method and hierarchical analysis, we come to the conclusion that the ratio of claims to facilities and liquidity to assets respectively show the inefficiency of branches. And profitability is accompanied by the reduction of banking risks.
