مدلی برای فراوانی استفاده از خدمات بانکداری همراه مقالة

رشد فراگیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، تأثیر بسیار زیادی بر صنعت بانکداری داشته است. ارائة خدمات بانکی به مشتریان از طریق تلفن همراه یکی از جدیدترین این فناوری‌هاست. شواهد نشان می‌دهد میزان استفاده از همراه بانک میان مشتریان بانک‌ها در حال گسترش است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدلی برای بررسی تأثیر نگرش، شخصیت، ریسک ادراکی، سهولت استفاده و تصویر ذهنی برند بر فراوانی استفاده از همراه بانک است. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل همة مشتریان شعب مختلف بانک ملی شهر اصفهان است که از نرم‌افزار همراه بانک ملی استفاده می‌کنند. از میان این مشتریان، افراد در دسترس برای نمونه انتخاب شده که تعداد آنها به 230 نفر رسیده و در نهایت 199 پرسشنامه تکمیل و جمع‌آوری شده است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پژوهش پرسشنامة چندقسمتی بوده و روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در نظر گرفته شده است. روایی پرسشنامه به‌روش تحلیل عاملی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (837/0) تأیید شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش، با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و به‌کمک نرم‌افزار AMOS انجام شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد سهولت استفاده و ریسک ادراکی بر نگرش کاربران تأثیر می‌گذارد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تأیید رابطة معنادار بین نگرش و فراوانی استفاده از همراه بانک است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از رد تأثیر متغیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بر نگرش، تصویر ذهنی برند و ریسک ادارکی بر فراوانی استفاده از بانکداری همراه است.

The inclusive growth of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on the banking industry. Providing banking services to customers through mobile phones is one of the latest technologies. Evidence suggests that using mobile-bank among the customers of banks is expanding. The purpose of the present research is to provide a model for assessing the impact of attitude, personality, perceived risk, ease of use, and brand image on the frequency of using mobile-bank. The statistical population of this research includes all clients of different branches of Melli State Bank in Isfahan, who are using the Mobile Bank software. Of the customers, those who were available were selected for statistical sample (230 people). Finally, 199 questionnaires were completed and collected. The research instrument was a multi-part questionnaire, and available sampling was also used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by factor analysis, and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (0.837). The analysis of the research data was done using structural equation modeling with the help of AMOS software. The results show that ease of use and perceived risk affect the attitude of users. Also, the results indicate that there is a significant relationship between attitude and frequency of using mobile-bank. Also, the results indicate that the impact of the variable personality characteristics on the attitude, brand image, and perceived risk on the frequency of using mobile banking is inadequate

Keywords: Mobile Banking, Perceived Risk, Attitude, Ease of Use, Brand Image. همچنین در مدل ارائه‌شده، تأثیر متغیرهای ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، سهولت استفاده از همراه‌بانک، ریسک ادراکی و تصویر ذهنی از برند بانک بر نگرش مصرف‌کنندگان نیز بررسی شده است. با بررسی منابع نظری پژوهش و همچنین پژوهش‌های پیشین در حوزة بانک‌داری الکترونیک و بانک‌داری همراه که برخی از این پژوهش‌ها (داخلی و خارجی) دراین قسمت بررسی شد، چنین بر می‌آید که اکثر پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در این زمینه، با هدف توسعة فناورانة خدمات الکترونیکی بانک‌ها بوده است و عموماً در آنها جنبة پذیرش خدمات بانکداری همراه، با استفاده از مدل‌های مختلف پذیرش فناوری بررسی شده است؛ درصورتی‌که عموما در این نوع مدل‌ها، شاخص‌های مهم و تأثیرگذاری مانند برند بانک، نگرش مصرف‌کنندگان و ریسک‌های ادراکی به‌صورت همزمان لحاظ نشده است. مدل مفهومی پژوهش با بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزة بانکداری الکترونیک و مدل‌های مختلف پذیرش فناوری که چند مورد از این مدل‌ها در قسمت‌های قبلی بررسی شده است، فرضیه‌های پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف مورد انتظار از پژوهش، به شکل زیر مطرح می‌شوند: سهولت استفاده از همراه بانک بر نگرش مصرف‌کنندگان تأثیر می‌گذارد.
